Agrarian Villatic

Each time you tap a land opponents are unable to
gain life and creatures they control are unable to
gain counters with positive affects.
Each turn you may destroy 2 creatures an
opponent controls.
Whenever an opponents creature would be
destroyed in combat, you gain 5 life and creatures
you control gain 4 +1/+1 counters, that opponent looses 5 life and the creature that would be
destroyed is instead exiled.
