Approach the Cloudcity

Whenever you cast a creature spell with flying,
you may put a quest counter on Approach the Cloudcity.
As long as Approach the Cloudcity has five or
more quest counters on it, creatures without
flying can't attack you unless their controller
pays {2} for each creature without flying they
control that's attacking you.
