When Ashen-Eye enters the battlefield, for the
rest of the game, you can't cast more than one foretold card each turn.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 1 life
for each foretold card you own in exile.
If a nonland card would be put into your
graveyard from anywhere, exile it face down
instead. It becomes foretold. Its foretell cost is
its mana cost.
