Basilisk

Basilisk enters the battlefield with 3 time
counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep,
remove a time counter from Basilisk. When you
remove the last time counter from it, put a
Petrify Status Effect on target creature.
Whenever Basilisk deals combat damage to a
creature, flip a coin. If you win, put a Slow
Status Effect on it.
