Boiling Spewer

As long as each player controls an Island,
Boiling Spewer has hexproof, islandwalk, and
"{t}: This creature deals 5 damage to target
creature with flying."
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player may put an isle counter on a land they
control. If they don't, Boiling Spewer deals 2
damage to them. Lands with isle counters are
islands.
