Burning Amphin

Whenever Burning Amphin deals combat damage
to a player exile it, and return it to the battlefield
fortifying a land that opponent controls.
While Burning Amphin is fortifying a land, it is
not a creature. Fortified land has, "During your
upkeep put a blaze counter on this land. For as
long as that land has a blaze counter on it, it has
"At the beginning of your upkeep, this land deals
1 damage to you.", then you may attach Burning
Amphin to a land controlled by the player to
your right."
