Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery
spell, starting with its controller, each player may
copy that spell. They may choose new targets for
the copy.
Whenever another permanent enters the battlefield, starting with its controller, each
player may create a token that's a copy of it. If
they do, it enters the battlefield tapped.
