Chronos Lock

At the beginning of each opponents upkeep, look
at the top card of their library. You may leave it
on top or put it on the bottom of their deck.
At the beginning of your end step, an opponent
may tap a permanent they control.
If they do, sacrifice Chronos Lock. (Cards tapped
for Chronos Lock do not untap during their controllers next untap step.)
