Curiosity

When Curiosity enters the battlefield, each player
draws cards equal to the number of creatures on
the battlefield.
Whenever a player casts a spell form their library,
put a +1/+1 counter on Curiosity.
Whenever you cast a spell for the first time on
your turn, you may scry 3 and discard a card. If
you do, it gains cascade.
