+2: Sacrifice a creature. When you do, draw a number of cards equal to half it's toughness, rounded down.
-3: Destroy target creature. That creature's controller may pay 3 life. If they do, they repeat this process with a target creature of their choice.
-13: Each opponent loses 13 life, mills 13 cards, sacrifices 13 permanents and discards 13 cards.
