Demonic Deal

At the beginning of each player's upkeep choose one-
-If exactly 2 creatures don't die this turn you draw one card and all other players discard one card, if exactly two creatures die this turn you lose 3 life.
-If a player does not lose at least 7 life this turn then you gain 5 life and all other players lose 2 life, if a player does lose at least 7 life sacrifice 2 permanents.
-Each player sacrifices a creature, the player that sacrificed the creature with the highest converted mana cost draws 2 card
