At the beginning of your upkeep, create a Food
token. (It's an artifact with "{2}, {t}, Sacrifice this artifact: You gain 3 life.")
Whenever one or more Foods enter the
battlefield under your control, put a +1/+1
counter on target creature. If it’s a Knight, put
two +1/+1 counters on it instead.
Two courts performing together is always guaranteed
to be a good time.
