+2: Remove two basic lands of different colors. Add a land from outside the game that gives both those colors tapped and under your control.
-5: Remove up to three permanents. Add that many permanents of those types, colors, and costs from outside the game tapped under under your control.
-20: Replace target deck and hand with another from outside the game. You gain an emblem that says "You may use other players' lands to cast spells."
