Double Down

(If all players agree, you may start the game with
this decree face up in the command zone.)
When Double Down is in the command zone, if
a player taps a permanent for mana, it produces
twice as much of that mana instead, if a player
gains life, they gain twice as much life instead,
and if a player draws a card, they draw two cards
instead.
