When you cast Emrakul, you control target
player during that player's next turn. after that,
they take an extra turn.
When you are controlling an opponent's turn,
when they cast a spell that targets a permanent,
gain control of that permanent.
Expropriate: (v) To take away. I guess this will
never end then.
