Council's dilemma — Starting with you, each player votes for peace or prosperity. Each player puts a +1/+1 counter on a creature they control for each peace vote and gains 2 life for each prosperity vote.
All horizons come closer, and some bring more pleasure than others, especially a horizon lit up by celebration.
