As long as Frostflame Majestic is in play, players
can have up to X creatures on the battlefield
where X is the amount of opponents you have. If
when Frostflame Majestic enters the battlefield a player controls more creatures than the amount
of opponents you have, that player sacrifices
creatures they control until they have creatures
on the battlefield equal to the number of
opponents you have.
