When Golenir, Kingmaker enters the battlefield,
target opponent becomes the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if an opponent
is the monarch, you may exile a card from that
player's hand. You may play that card for as long
as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as
though it were mana of any type to cast it.
