Growing Decay

Growing Decay get +2/+2 for each -1/-1 counter
on it and -2/-2 for each +1/+1 counter on it.
Whenever another creature with a -1/-1 counter
dies, put a -1/-1 counter on Growing Decay.
{b}{t}: Put a -1/-1 counter on another target
creature. If that creature dies, untap Growing
Decay.
