When Grulbel enters the battlefield, each
creature you control gets a +1/+1 counter as
long as that creature's devotion to {w}, {g},
and/or {u} is at least 3. Then, for each +1/+1
counter Grulbel put on the battlefield, create a
treasure token.
All treasure tokens have "{3}, {t}: As long as you
control a card named Grulbel, Fortune Goblin, whenever you create a treasure token,
create twice that many treasure tokens."
