Hallowed Cultivator

When Hallowed Cultivator enters the battlefield, exile the top X cards of
your library where X is the number of cards
in your graveyard. Then, for each creature
card exiled this way, put a bind counter on
target creature your opponent controls (If a creature has a bind counter on it, it can't attack
or block.)
