have triumvirate.)
Magecraft — Whenever you cast or copy an
instant or sorcery spell, you may look at the top
card of your library. If that card is an instant or sorcery card, you may cast it from the top of
your library without paying its mana cost.
Instants and sorceries cast this way don't cause Magecraft abilities to trigger.
