Heaven's Regret

As long as you control 6 or more plains,
creatures you control enter the battlefield
with an indestructible counter on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
sacrifice Heaven's Regret. When you do,
destroy all creatures. Then remove all
counters from each permanent.
Heaven gave them a gift. Then they abused
it and heaven sent its wrath. Then removed
the gift, leaving them abandoned and spiteful.
