When Ilina, Custodi Ascendant enters the
battlefield you become the monarch.
Whenever an opponent becomes the monarch,
return target creature or artifact card from your
graveyard to your hand.
As long as you are the monarch, creatures and
artifacts your opponents control enter the
battlefield tapped.
