As long as you control ten or more tokens with
the same name as a nontoken non-legendary permanent you control, tokens you control have protection from nontoken permanents and
from non-copy spells and abilities.
If one or more tokens would be created under
your control, choose a nontoken non-legendary permanent you control. Create a token that's a
copy of the chosen permanent instead.
