Whenever you play an instant, sorcery or enchantment, scy 1.
You may reveal scried cards,
if it is blue, TAP a target creature,
if it is black, deal 1 damage to a target creature.
If you control two or more enchantments,
effects of Judging Eyes are doubled.
They keep judging me, they are looking at me,
