King's Deer

King's deer enters the battlefield under your
opponent's control. During the owner of King's
deer's upkeep, the owner either pays {2} or
sacrifices another permanent other than King's
Deer under their control. If unable to do either
then sacrifice King's deer. If the owner controls
an Archer permanent, then the owner gains 2
life and populates during upkeep instead.
{3} Change control of King's Deer to target player
