Leveling the Field

Choose an opponent with the highest
number of lands; X is now that number.
Each other player may search their library
for as many basic Plains cards as it would
take to get their own total number of lands
up to X, then they put those lands onto the
battlefield tapped. Then each player who
searched this way shuffles their library.
