Loss of control comes into play with {x}+2
confusion counters.
During your upkeep remove 1 confusion
counter from loss of control. Exile loss of
control once it has no confusion counters.
While loss of control is in play all artifact
creatures gain a -1/-1 counter whenever
they attack or block.
