Flying
Lugia, Wind and Sea's power is equal to the
number of creatures with flying you control.
Whenever one or more creature with flying you control deal combat damage to a player, you may
look at the top card of your library. If its a
creature, you may reveal it and put it into your
hand. Otherwise you may put it on the bottom of
your library in any order.
