cost X from outside of the game, then create a
1/1 blue Wizard creature token that is paired to
that card. If the paired card is a permanent card,
that creature gains all abilities of the paired card.
Otherwise, the creature has "{t}, Sacrifice this
creature: You may copy the paired card. If you
do, you may cast the copy without paying its
mana cost."
