When Merchant of Anger enters the battlefield, exile the top four cards of your library. You may put an artifact card from among them onto the battlefield. If you do, you may have target creature get +2/+0 until end of turn.
They restrict us and they bind us. Is it not fitting that as I sell my wares, I sell dissent?
