When Oath of Dvarris enters the battlefield,
flip a coin. If you win the flip, draw two cards.
If you lose the flip, target random opponent
draws two cards.
Whenever you cast a planeswalker spell, Flip a
coin till you lose a flip. For each flip you won,
Oath of Dvarris deals 3 damage to a random
target.
