For the remainder of your turn you may lie
and cheat unless you are caught doing said things. Play this card at the beginning of your turn and you only must say "I play Obstruction as a hidden card for this turn." Nothing else must be explained but all is revealed at the end of your turn.
It really does make lies true when people will believe in them
