If Garfield, Eater of Much is on the battlefield,
Odie, the Pea-Brained gets -1/-1.
When Odie, the Pea-Brained enters the battlefield, choose one:
• Put an annoy counter on target creature. if a creature has 3 or more annoy counters, exile that creature.
• Proliferate (choose any number of permanents
and/or players,
then give each another counter of each kind
already there.)
