Council's Dilemma -When Olinyx enters the
battlefield, if you cast it. Each player votes for
Defy or Abide. Each opponent sacrifices a
creature for each Defy vote, then you put a
creature card from a graveyard onto the
battlefield for each Abide vote.
Double this creature's power for each player who
voted for defy until end of turn.
