Pai Sho

Pai Sho doesn't untap during it's controller's
untap step.
{t}: Each player, excluding the player with the
least amount of nonland permanents on the battlefield, sacrifices nonland permanents until
every player has the same amount of nonland permanents on the battlefield. Each player gains control of each nonland permanent the opponent
to their left controls.
