If a Blood Gamble ability triggers while you
control Pain taker and you are at 1 life, Sacrifice
pain taker, flip a coin, if it is head you win the
game, if it is tails you gain 3 life. (This does not include activated abilities).
If Pain taker would enter the graveyard exile it
instead.
Blood Gamble — if your life total is even, Pain
taker has deathtouch; if it is odd its base power
and toughness is 6/1 and it has trample.
