Quick Witted Thinkerer

Whenever you play an instant or sorcery, you
may cast Quick Witted Thinkerer as though it
had flash. If you do, it either deals 2 damage to
any target or you draw a card.
When Quick Witted Thinkerer enters the
battlefield, it discovers. (Look at the top card of
your library. You may cast it. If you don't, you
may put it into your graveyard.)
