If this card is in your starting hand, reveal it to
your opponents. Each of your upkeeps, put
a time counter on the battlefield. Then, when
there are exactly three time counters on the
battlefield, you may play this card for it's normal
casting cost. You may not play this card If
Rasharee gets put into your library, graveyard,
exile, is removed from the game, or put on the
battlefield, destroy all time counters.
