Rise of the Naga

At the beginning of your end step, you get a
drowning counter. (at the beginning of your upkeep,
put the top card of your library into your graveyard for
each drowning counter you have.)
Whenever a creature card is put into your
graveyard from your library, proliferate. (You
choose any number of permanents and/or players with counters on them, then give each another counter of a
kind already there.)
