Rising of Sun and Moon

If another card would be put into any
player's graveyard from anywhere until end
of turn, instead that card is revealed and put
on the bottom of its owner's library.
Each player may pay {2}. If they do, they
put the bottom card of their library in their
hand at the beginning of the next end step.
