-4: Look at the top card of each opponents library. Exile one of them. If you do, Flip a coin. If heads, you put the card onto the battlefield.
-11: Each opponent may mill a card. If they don't, they lose 7 life, and discard 7 cards. if they do, create a token of each card milled. Lands count.
