When a creature dealt damage by Roy, Lycian
Lion would be put into the graveyard, you may
choose to exile it with a number of Binding
counters on it equal to its mana value.
{t} Remove a number of Binding counters equal
to Roy, Lycian Lion's power and toughness
combined from any exiled creature cards. If this
ability reduces a creature card's Binding counters
to 0, you may cast it from exile without
paying its mana cost.
