Shaded Stalker

Whenever another creature dies, if it has
vigilance, exile it with a death counter on it.
{2}{b}: Until end of turn, Shaded Stalker becomes
a copy of target creature card with a death
counter on it in exile except it's 6/6, black, and
a Spirit in addition to it's other colors and types.
Knighthood {1}{b} ({1}{b}: Put a vigilance counter on
target creature.)
