Controversial Opinion - Whenever an opponent
casts a noncreature spell, if this is the first time
this ability has resolved this turn, counter that
spell unless its controller pays {3}. If it's the
second time, Shapiro, Relentless Debater deals
damage equal to that spells converted mana cost
to its controller. If it's the third time, that spells controller reveals their hand. You choose a noncreature card from among them. That player discards that card.
