Whenever a player casts a spell, roll a d10
and subtract one from the result. If the
result is greater than the amount of mana
spent to cast that spell, that player must
pay the difference or return the spell to
their hand. If the result is lower, that player
adds mana equal to the difference in any
combination of colors.
