+1: Target one card in your opponent's hand and look at it. If that card is an Artifact or Action card, add that target to your hand.
-2: Target one Forceful Being card on the opponent's field and use one of its abilities. Until your next turn, that card cannot use its ability.
-4: After paying cost, the controlling player takes control of all cards with a lower defense value than the current Loyalty value of this card.
