When Soul of Patience dies, return it to the battlefield under the control of the opponent that destroyed it. They may pay {8} to bestow it to a creature they control.
At the beginning of your end step, if Soul of Patience or enchanted creature didn't attack this turn, add a charge counter to it. If it did, remove all charge counters from it.
Soul of Patience or enchanted creature gets +1/+2 for each charge counter on it.
