Spirit of the Blood Host

At the beginning of each upkeep, if you control
no Spirits, you may create a 1/1 white Spirit
creature token with flying.

As long as you control a creature with both
lifelink and deathtouch, Spirits you control have
"{t}: Each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1
life."

So many would receive the spirit's guidance as a
blessing. For Spear-Bearer, however, it is only a curse.
